Materials Needed
Cardstock (light green, dark green, cream, dark brown, light brown, white, black, and blue)
Crepe paper streamers (light blue, dark blue, and green)
Directions
Start by using the free printable pattern to trace and cut out your colored cardstock shapes.
Paste Minecraft Steve’s pieces into place onto 8.5 x 11 inch cream cardstock.
And paste the Creeper’s pieces into place onto 8.5 x 11 inch light green cardstock.
They should look like this when you’re finished.
Next, line up the front and back sides of Minecraft Steve and staple along the seam.
Do the same for the Creeper.
Next, flip your paper over. Then line up eight long streamer pieces along the back.
For Minecraft Steve we used alternating light blue and dark blue streamers.
For the Creeper we used only green.
Tape the streamers into place.
Now attach a piece of string to the inside of your windsock.
And lastly, fold your windsock around into a cylinder shape and staple the seam together (you may also need to use a bit of tape as reinforcement).
And that’s it! Hang your new Minecraft windsocks outside and you’re ready to party!
